- Get out and do some exercise. The high levels of sweat generated by heavy exercise cleanse your bores, getting rid of acne-causing toxins. If you wash up immediately after exercising, you will get the maximum benefit.
- Don�t squeeze your pimples. Popping or bursting your pimples can cause the bacteria contained inside to contaminate other parts of your face.
- Don�t touch your face with your hands. Your hands are covered in oils and bacteria, and rubbing these on your face can cause the bad bacteria to double their infection.
- Don�t use too many cosmetics. Modern cosmetics often contain high amounts of strong chemical, which can end up doing more harm than good.
- Use natural products when you can. These are safest for your face.
